Drop-Off   Policy

 
We understand that our hours of operation may not coordinate with everybody's busy schedule.  For your convenience, we allow "drop-off" appointments.

 A drop-off means you could bring your pet in and leave him/her with us for a couple of hours. Usually we will ask you to drop off sometime in the morning so our doctors can examine the patient in between appointments or at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients. 

When the doctor is finished examining they will give you a call to go over the diagnosis and give you discharge instructions.

We ask that you please call ahead prior to dropping off so we can have your paper work ready and waiting when you arrive. There is a fee that comes with a drop-off appointment since our kennel staff feeds and takes the animal out during their stay.  It goes by weight and ranges from $18.00-$25.00.
